Welcome April!
Our field is steadily approaching peak and looking stunning, rain or shine. Early blooming tulips are now at peak, while our mid-season varieties are quickly catching up and continuing to open each day.
We’ve received a lot of questions about timing, and right now we expect the best overall color from April 3 – 12. After the 12th, you’ll still see beautiful blooms, though our early varieties will begin to fade as late-blooming tulips move toward their peak.
As a reminder, there is never a single “full bloom” moment on our farm. Early and late varieties don’t perfectly overlap, which keeps the fields evolving throughout the season.
No matter when you visit in April, you can expect incredible color. Weekend tickets (Friday – Sunday) are expected to sell out, so be sure to plan ahead! We can’t wait to see you soon!
