Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival
Tulip Festival Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines and respect the tulip fields.

Tulip Festival Etiquette
- Stay on Paths: Please remain on the wide grass walkways at all times. Do not step over or through the tulip rows.
- No Picking: Help preserve the beauty of the fields—do not pick or remove tulips.
- Drone Use: Drones are permitted only during designated hours with a purchased and approved Drone Operator Pass. Passes are available on our Day Pass Admission page starting in early March.
Farm Conditions and Notes
- Unpredictable Bloom Times: Tulips are an agricultural crop, subject to weather and growing conditions. While we anticipate peak bloom mid-April, exact dates can vary. We recommend planning your visit flexibly, allowing for a 7–10 day window.
- Outdoor Event: This is a rain-or-shine event held in agricultural fields. Please be prepared for uneven walking surfaces and unpredictable weather conditions. Comfortable footwear is highly recommended.
- Courtesy and Respect: Treat yourself, fellow visitors, and the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm with kindness and consideration during your visit.
Consent and Filming Notice
By entering the tulip fields, you consent to the use of your voice, name, and/or likeness in media captured at the festival. This includes films, recordings, and promotional materials for Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm, with no compensation. Do Not Enter if you do not wish to be subject to this consent.
